as the Ironman Competition takes place one week prior to the

AFSA Convention Attire
AFSA indoor events are business casual. The AFSA evening awards
party will be resort casual. Wear your Hawaiian shirt.
Registration Information Deadline
Do not mail or fax registration forms to AFSA after August 24,
2012. After that date, you must register on-site. It costs more
to register on-site if you miss the earlier deadlines. No registrations
will be taken over the phone. Confirmation letters will only
be sent out to those who register prior to August 24, 2012.
Spouse/Guest Badge
The spouse/guest badge category is reserved for any individual
who is either a spouse, family member, significant other, and/or
friend of a registrant who is employed in the fire sprinkler
industry. Spouses and guests employed by a company in the fire
sprinkler industry do not qualify for the spouse/guest price.
Refunds:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, by mail, email or fax.
For notices received prior to September 14, 2012, a full refund,
minus a cancellation fee of $50 will be returned by mail (or
on the credit card) within 30 days. After that date, no refunds
will be issued.
