AFSA Updates Report of Inspection Forms

Free Downloads Now Available Online

 

Dallas, TX – The American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA) has updated its Report of Inspection Forms to comply more fully with the intent of the 2002 Edition NFPA 25. While still available in the popular three-part NCR pads, the forms can also be downloaded for free as PDF files from AFSA’s Document Center at www.sprinklernet.org.

Several of the forms have been significantly modified and a new form, 114A – Report of Obstruction Investigation and Internal Condition of Fire Protection System Piping, has been added. Other forms include 103A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Water Based Fire Protection Systems (General Information Section); 104A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Water Based Fire Protection Systems (Inspector’s Section); 105A – Weekly Report of Inspection of Water Based Fire Protection Systems; 106A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Wet Pipe Fire Sprinkler Systems; 107A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Dry Pipe Fire Sprinkler Systems; 108A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Standpipe Systems; 109A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Foam Water Systems; 110A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Fire Pump Assemblies; 111A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Private Fire Service Mains; 112A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Water Storage Tanks; and 113A – Report of Inspection, Testing & Maintenance of Preaction & Deluge Fire Sprinkler Systems.

Each pad contains 25 three-part sets (on NCR paper) of a single page for a specified report of inspection form. The pads are available to AFSA members for $10 each or $25 for non-members.
