The earned advertising
rate is based on the total number of full and fractional
advertising units used in Sprinkler Age within a 12-month
contract period beginning with the month of the first
insertion. In cases where the advertising contract
rolls over into the following year, the new rate (if
any) will become effective January 1 unless the majority
of the contract's insertions were placed in the previous
year.
