Miscellaneous Forms

AFSA has published a series of forms for the fire sprinkler industry. These forms provide standardized documentation procedures for fire sprinkler systems design, installation and maintenance. These forms are used by inspectors, building maintenance personnel, designers, layout technicians, plan checkers, AHJs, safety engineers and insurance personnel.
