How
do Webinars work? |
What
you will need:
- A desktop or laptop computer connected to
the Internet is required.
- Internet Browser (IE, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- Internet Connection
- Speakers connected to your computer
- You will be provided with
a link to join in.
It's Interactive
A live PowerPoint presentation will be shown on your
computer screen using your favorite internet browser
(Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.). The audio will
be transmitted though your computer speakers. You
can ask questions from wherever you are using a feature
that allows you to type in your question during the
live presentation. The
speaker will read your question aloud and answer
it live. This
feature is very much like participating in a talk
radio program.
It's Convenient
You can have many people listening
in your office for the price of one.
PDF File Presentation Available to Registrants
You will be able to download the PDF file of the PowerPoint
slide presentation the day of the seminar. You
can also print the PDF file presentation and make as
many copies as you need for note-taking.
Continuing Education Units
Earn CEU’s. NICET considers this an acceptable
form of delivery. If applicable to your level of certification,
this seminar should constitute CPD’s. |
