This seminar teaches recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards on the job. It provides information regarding employee and employer rights and responsibilities as well as how to file a complaint, and the history of OSHA.

This course is taught in 2 separate 5-hour sessions. Students must attend both sessions to complete the course. Upon successful completion of the course, each student will receive an OSHA 10 hour Card. Students should bring a note book and pen to take notes. There will be a test at the end of this class, students must pass this test with a 70% or better in order to receive course credit. First session 2/1/20 second session 2/22/20.
Class will start promptly at 8:00 am. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes past the start time will not be permitted into the class and any registration fee will be forfeited.
**Please note - all students attending this class must be able to clearly understand as well as read and write in English. There will not be any translated documents provided for this course.
