Chairs, tables & carpet are not included in the booth price. The exhibit hall is carpeted. You have the option to purchase carpet to compliment your booth design. All amenities can be ordered through AFSA’s official service contractor, VIPER Tradeshow Services.
With each booth space you receive:
- One “All-Access” registration
- Two “Exhibit Hall-Only” registrations
- 25 FREE passes for the second day of exhibits
- Preregistrations and post-registration lists
- Publicity opportunities in many AFSA publications
- Draping and sign for your booth
- Listing in Sprinkler Age Exhibitor Showcase
- Listing in the Exhibitor Showcase Digital Edition
Booth Reservations Postmarked:
- ON OR BEFORE 4/21/17 : Booth Assignments will be made on a priority basis according to AFSA’s point system.
- AFTER 4/21/17: Booths will be assigned on a first-come first served basis.
Amounts are based on total cost of booth space reserved. Upon written notice of cancellation, the total amount of booth will be refunded less a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:
- BEFORE 5/19/17: $250 per booth will be deducted from the refund
- 5/18/17 – 7/14/17: $400 per booth will be deducted from the refund
- AFTER 7/14/17: No refunds
