Apprentice Training: Approved States

Many States Have Approved the AFSA Apprentice Training Program

AFSA course materials have been approved for use in a Department of Labor (DOL) federally approved apprenticeship training program in the following states. Be aware that some contractors' state-approved programs lapse and there may not be a currently approved program in each of these states. However, approved programs have been reported to AFSA in the past and the precedent has been established. Contact these states individually to set up an approved apprenticeship program in order to perform Davis-Bacon work.

If you have an approved program in a state not listed above, please notify AFSA so that we may update our list. Thank you!
