Backflow Preventer/Forward Flow Testing
Join us for a course to learn about the requirements for backflow preventer forward flow testing. This webinar is geared toward certified fitters and is CAL-FIRE approved.

This course will discuss the different types of backflow preventers and the installation requirements associated with each to allow for testing. In addition, this course will discuss the specific performance points required when performing the forward flow test.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
     1.  Identify the three types of backflow preventors and understand which types need to be forward flow tested.
     2.  Identify and apply the installation requirements regarding providing a means for testing.
     3.  Determine the required flow to properly test a backflow preventer.
