Platinum sponsors get to choose their booth space according to the point system within each sponsor level. Platinum sponsors choose their booth after the Diamond sponsors but before gold and silver sponsors.

Diamond sponsors get their logos screen printed on the apprentice finalists’ shirts worn during the three-hour apprentice competition. This is a great opportunity to show support for competitors.

Diamond sponsors get their company’s ad prominently displayed on a large kiosk in the AFSA convention area of the hotel. 

As a Diamond sponsor, AFSA will place your “Spotlight” Ad on the AFSA convention website. This is another opportunity to put the focus directly on your company on the AFSA convention webpage. 

As a Diamond sponsor, your logo will be displayed on the convention promotional video. This video trailer is played in front of national webinar audiences and at chapter meetings. It is also available on the convention website and YouTube. 

Platinum sponsors get special recognition from the podium during the general session. 

GOLD SPONSORS

Gold sponsors get to choose their booth space according to the point system within each sponsor level. Gold sponsors choose their booth after the Diamond sponsors and Platinum sponsors but before the silver sponsors. 

Included in the Gold Sponsorship is a 10′ x 10′ booth. (A $2,700 value)

Diamond sponsors receive 1 All-access & 2 Exhibit hall-only registrations ($2,700 value).

As a Diamond, Platinum, or Gold level sponsor, your logo and booth number will be displayed during breakfast and lunch at a networking meal table(s) for three days. 

Diamond sponsors receive three tables per day. 

Platinum sponsors receive two tables per day. 

Gold sponsors receive one table per day. 

The networking meal event has become very popular over the years and is yet another great opportunity to brand your logo and drive attendees to your booth. You may provide promotional items on your table display. (a $1,200 value/per table).

Silver sponsors get to choose their booth space according to the point system within each sponsor level. Silver sponsors choose their booth after the Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors but before all nonsponsors. 

Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsor logos will be prominently displayed in recognition as a sponsor in a presentation slide as attendees are seated prior to the start of the General Session.

Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will be listed on the convention app. This listing will be linked back to your web page. The app is made available to convention registrants 

AFSA will recognize our Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors on social media. Recognition will be posted on social media to 20,000+ followers. 

As a Diamond, Platinum or Gold sponsor, you get an ad placed in the pre-convention brochure. This will be in print and digital versions distributed to all AFSA member companies and prospects (approximately 2,000+). 

Diamond sponsors receive premium placement on a first-come, first-served basis for an 8.5” x 11” 1-page ad ($2,000 value). 

Platinum sponsors receive an 8.5” x 11” 1-page ad ($2,000 value) 

Gold sponsors receive a 7.25” x 4.875” 1/2-page ad ($1,500 value).
