ON OR BEFORE 4/15/22 Booth selection will be made on a priority basis according to AFSA’s point system.
AFTER 4/15/22 Booths will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
CANCELLATIONS:
Amounts are based on the total cost of booth space reserved. Upon written notice of cancellation, the total amount of booth will be refunded less a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:
BEFORE 5/13/22 $250 per booth will be deducted from the refund
5/13/22 – 7/15/22 $400 per booth will be deducted from the refund.
