AFSA’s Intermediate ITM Workshop is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of fire protection professionals, technicians, and individuals responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and compliance of fire sprinkler systems. Throughout this workshop, participants will explore the intricacies of NFPA 25, gaining practical expertise in determining the minimum frequencies and procedures for inspection and testing. They will develop advanced skills in performing water flow tests on private service mains and standpipes analyzing and interpreting the results. Additionally, participants will dive into the requirements, component differentiation, sequence of operations, and specific considerations for deluge and preaction systems. This comprehensive course integrates essential certification test-taking strategies, in-depth knowledge of 3- and 5-year ITM, and hands-on troubleshooting exercises.
